Does not contain alcohol, water or vanilla. It is very concentrated and generally requires less, per recipe, than other brands. Use sparingly. No refrigeration needed. Per 1 pound of dough or batter, each bottle 2 oz bottle contains 48 -1/4 tsp servings if used to enhance another flavor, 24 – 1/2 tsp servings if used as the primary flavor, and 96 – 1/8 tsp if used to enhance 16 oz shake or smoothie.
