[Renewed in November 2024!] We listened to our customers’ feedback, and made repeated improvements to make it even easier to grate. The blade angle has been adjusted in 0.1 mm increments, making it suitable for a wide range of ingredients, including hard cheese, ginger, garlic, chocolate, and citrus fruits. It brings out the best in your ingredients, greatly expanding the range of dishes you can make.
[Blades designed with professional chefs in mind] We paid particular attention to the shape and angle of the blades under the supervision of chefs. Compared to general graters, the blades are not as sharp, so ingredients can be grated easily with light force without getting caught.
[Slim shape with no wasted space] The slim shape is only 3.5 cm wide, so it doesn’t take up much storage space. It comes with a special case for hygienic and safe storage.
[Product Contents] The product will be delivered in its original packaging along with the main unit, dedicated case, and cleaning brush, along with a leaflet detailing how to use and care for the product.
