- Using the device on the maximum hear or cold setting requires more power and could shorten the battery life during that treatment. To perform a factory reset on your device, plug it into the charger and hold down the power button for 10-12 seconds.
- Sizing – If you find the product to be loose or big, please use the minimizers provided. You can attach the minimizers to the existing straps and secure. If you find the product to be tight fitting please use the extenders provided.
