Hot tub heater split nut is 3 inches in actual size and fits 2-inch heater assemblies. It is compatible with Gecko, Coleman, HydroQuip, Spa Builders, Correctech, and Spanet heaters. Please note that it is not suitable for Coleman Saluspa and LX Heater series. This spa heater union is ideal for most 15″ spa heaters, but not for inflatable hot tubs.
Hot tub heater split nut union that measures about 3.35″ on the outside and mounts to the existing Pump Union Body using 2 screws to hold it in place. This Split Nut measures about 2.30″ ID and mounts on the old Pump Union holding flange and screws onto the pump threads with a gasket between the union and pump. If your pump union part is Correct.

To install this split nut union you will have to remove the old broken pump union flange nut. This nut can be cut off with a hack saw blade or some cutting pliers if the nut is split enough.
